What are the ways to refer?

How is attribution decided?
First confirmed introduction wins. If a prospect is already active in our pipeline (last
90days), it isn’t eligible. For links we honor the tracking window; for codes we honor the code
entered on our form.
How long can commissions run?
Window starts at 12 months; once your second paying client is onboarded, it becomes
24 months (cap 24).
How will I track commissions?
We send a simple statement with statuses: Pending → Matured (Cleared + 60/90) → Paid and
columns like Invoice Date, Cleared, Maturity, Net Service Rev, 10%, Commission.
When do you collect payout/tax info?
After your matured commissions reach $200. We’ll request ACH/Wire/PayPal details and the
appropriate tax form (W-9 / W-8BEN).
Do clients get a discount if I refer them?
No. Client pricing is unchanged; your commission is paid separately by us.
What counts as a valid referral?
A warm email introduction (decision-maker, us in CC) to a business that’s new to Cyusion
(not contacted/active within the last 90 days). No cold lists or spam.
Do you limit partner onboarding?
Yes, we onboard in small batches to keep reviews fast and payouts predictable.
When do you pay?
Monthly, after a 60-day hold (up to 90 days for first invoices, large one-offs, or disputed payments).
Minimum payout threshold: 200.
What’s the 10% based on?
Net service revenue only (excludes ad spend, third-party tools, and taxes).
Is this MLM? Any fees?
No. One level, no fees, no packages.

Yes, this is a beta. Changes apply prospectively only and never retroactively to already
